Attendance System Information
The Child Care Automated Attendance System (CCAA) is an attendance reporting program implemented by the Texas Workforce Commission along with ACS State and Local Solutions for the child care program across Texas.
As a provider, you are responsible for providing and managing the equipment needed for parents to record their child's attendance daily. Below, find helpful information about the attendance system.

Billing AND PAYMENT information:
Providers, please print or download the following form. Forms are due by midnight Friday for the current week. Forms for weekend care (Saturday/Sunday) are due by midnight the following Tuesday. Fax forms to 877-360-3834 or email to attreport@ccgroup.org.
